The Office of Deputy Speaker Kristine Singson, together with DOLE Region 1 and San Esteban LGU headed by Mayor RJ Elaydo and Vice Mayor Divine Elaydo conducted the payout and validation of farmer beneficiaries of the TUPAD Program in San Esteban, Ilocos Sur.

The TUPAD Program aims to provide emergency employment to informal sector workers.
