DISTRIBUTION OF FERTILIZERS TO FARMERS IN SAN ESTEBAN, ILOCOS SUR

Farmer constituents receive fertilizers at the Sen. Maceda Civic Center in San Esteban, Ilocos Sur last Tuesday. In attendance were Mayor RJ Elaydo, Vice Mayor Divina Elaydo-Etalin, Municipal Administrator Engr. Ray Elaydo, representatives from the DA provincial office, and the district staff of Cong. Kristine Singson.
