The Local Government Unit of San Esteban proudly welcomes the opening of the first O! Save Grocery Store branch in Ilocos Sur, located in the municipality of San Esteban.

Under the leadership of Municipal Mayor Hon. Maria Divina Gracia Elaydo-Etalin, MD, MPA, MPH, Municipal Vice Mayor Hon. Ray M. Elaydo II, MPA, the LGU extends its warmest welcome to O! Save Grocery Store as it prepares to begin operations. The establishment of this new grocery store is expected to provide residents with greater access to affordable and quality products while creating employment and business opportunities for the local community.
