The Local Government Unit of San Esteban proudly received several recognitions during “PANAGYAMAN: The Culminating Program” of the Ilocos Sur Resilience Festival 2026, honoring the municipality’s outstanding commitment to disaster risk reduction, environmental protection, and community resilience.

Representing the municipality in receiving the awards were Mayor Maria Divina Gracia Elaydo-Etalin, PCPT Ivan Cliff K. Ananayo, MDRRMO Mark Allan Angeles, MENRO Rosemarie C. Etrata, and PB Joseph Enrado.

These awards reflect the unwavering dedication and collaborative efforts of the LGU, partner agencies, and the community in building a safer, more resilient, and disaster-ready San Esteban.
