The Donning of Ranks ceremony honoring the promotion of Vice Mayor Ray M. Elaydo II to the rank of Captain in the Military Reservist, marking a significant milestone in his commitment to public service and national defense.
The ceremony was witnessed by Municipal Mayor Maria Divina Gracia Elaydo-Etalin,MD,MPA,MPH who expressed her full support and pride in the Vice Mayor’s achievement. Joining the event as a Keynote Speaker was Vice Governor Ryan Singson, along with other local officials.
Also present were members of the Military Reservist, Philippine Navy Reservists, Philippine National Police (PNP),Philippine Coastguard (PCG), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), Sangguniang Bayan Members and Municipal Employees.
