A total of 54 farmer-beneficiaries received indemnity checks during the Batch 4 distribution for the 2025 Wet Cropping Season, providing financial assistance to those whose palay crops were affected by typhoons and were insured under the crop insurance program.
The distribution aims to help farmers recover from agricultural losses and support their continued farming activities. The indemnity assistance serves as a vital safety net, enabling beneficiaries to cope with the challenges brought about by natural calamities.
This initiative was carried out under the leadership of Municipal Mayor Hon. Maria Divina Gracia Elaydo-Etalin, MD, MPA, MPH, and Municipal Vice Mayor Hon. Ray M. Elaydo II, MPA, reaffirming the local government’s commitment to supporting the welfare and resilience of San Esteban’s farming community.
