Personnel from Napolcom ( Regional & Provincial) headed by Atty Joseph Apolonio and Local Government Unit of San Esteban headed by Municipal Mayor Ray Rj Elaydo and Vice Mayor Maria Divina Gracia Elaydo- Etalin,MD , San Esteban MPS led by PMAJ DANIEL FRAYNA BURGOS ,Coast Guard headed by Sir Virgilio Collado , 2nd ISPMFC, Barangay Based and KKDAT and San Esteban Search and Rescue Unit (SESARU) conducted coastal clean up at Brgy. Apatot, San Esteban, Ilocos Sur in celebration of the 27th PCR month with a theme “ Ugnayan Pulisya at Kumunidad Tungo sa Mapayapa, Maayos at Maunlad na Pamayanan”.
